the staff here makes you feel so welcome, they really do care. i felt pampered , and it. i found the restaurant wonderful for dinner, it set a romantic mood.

The elevators were often quite slow and crowded. It felt a little inconvenient during busy times.

The staff was friendly and helpful, I really appreciate it. The rooftop had amazing views. The hotel restaurant was very good. I loved my breakfast there.

I think the windows weren't cleaned enough and were very dusty. There was a lot of dust on the bedside lamps. The toiletries were very small for a 5 night stay. I'd hoped for a more high end selection.

I found the breakfast tasty. The soft, comfy bed sheets and bedding provided really good comfort. The staff was very attentive and kind. Anna in the breakfast area was particularly aware and considerate.
